Urban Hits
Hakata Toumyou uses real flames. The process of lighting and burning out is bound to time. This inspired me to imagine patterns in continuous motion. If a point of light were to bounce endlessly along a narrow corridor, leaving behind the tracks of its collisions—as if playing a constant game with the space—I hope it could create a new visual relationship between the corridor and the people within it.
