FAAM Celebrates Its 27th Anniversary!

Fukuoka Asian Art Museum opened on March 6, 1999. Today marks its 27th anniversary!

We wish to welcome visitors with a variety of encounters to modern and contemporary Asian art for many years to come.

Although all the galleries are temporarily closed for renovation until March 31, FAAM is currently welcoming four artists in residence – each of them from different countries – whose exhibition starts from March 20 at the Artist Cafe Fukuoka. We look forward to seeing you all!
