Overview

A participant of the 3rd Fukuoka Asia Art Triennale (FT3) exchange program, Marine displayed the work Mekong/Not Scarlet in front of the Exchange Gallery. The work consisted of a large net, from which the artist suspended ribbons and haiku poems written by participating elementary school students. Composed during 12 international children’s workshops titled ‘Happy Art Home’, the haiku poems were arranged on pink petals, character by character.
