Mulyana

Mulyana was born in Bandung, Indonesia, 1984. The artist graduated from the Department of Arts Education at the Indonesia University of Education (UPI) in 2005. Using crochet knitting techniques, the artist creates colorful, soft-sculptural installations representing the marine ecosystem.

*Due to the restriction on new entry of foreign nations caused by the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s artist in residence program, including art-making, workshop, and artist talk, will take place online.
