“Ding-dong, ding-dong!  Come on and look!  The Mechanical Art Theatre is about to open its curtain.  You will find magical moving artworks such as a figure of Taiwanese girl appearing and disappearing in darkness, self-playing Indonesian Gamelan and a chair with wings spreading out!”

Sometimes, contemporary art is considered difficult to understand and therefore uninteresting.  But in this exhibition, everyone is invited to play and engage with the many mechanical artworks on view.  The festive atmosphere created by the magical works awaits you inside.
