Enchanting Winter Museum
“SECRET: Hide, Seek and Uncover”

When things come to “secrets,” it is human nature to feel compelled to seek what they are. However, secrets can’t only be funny. Some could be dreadful or there might be others that we should not put our finger on.

Featuring each museum’s collection, FAAM, Fukuoka Art Museum, and Fukuoka City Museum are co-hosting “Enchanting Winter Museum” under a single linked theme. This winter’s theme is “Secret: Hide, Seek and Uncover.” At FAAM, the “Seek” component includes the following type of artworks:

1. Enigmatically dealing with creatures

2. Telling unusual secret stories

3. Imbued with a sense of hidden secret

Starting from here at FAAM, please visit the other museums and find more “Secrets” hidden or uncovered.
