Room for FAAM Residence Program: Vol.2 Making & Experiencing Asian Cultures.

In the 22 years since FAAM opened in 1999, the museum has held around 300 such Asian artist-led workshops. In the Vol.2 Room for Residence Program, as the Summer Workshop Special, we introduce the previous workshops of three artists who have helped to deepen an understanding of Asian culture. Through hearing artists’ stories from around Asia told in their native languages, children participating in the workshop and working with the artists to make artworks can experience overseas cultures. The artworks they produced during their residency are also exhibited.
