|Our current resident artist, Krupa Makhija will give a talk on 23 September. This is her first artist talk in Fukuoka, and will cover her previous projects and her plan in Fukuoka.

About the artist
Born in Gujarat, India, Makhija turns the disappearing cultures, histories, and memories into powerful and beautiful installation work materials found from the ruins. In Fukuoka, the artist is planning to create the work relating to the history of the city. She will also conduct workshops with the local school students.
