| The artist studied traditional painting in an art school in Phnom Penh and studied textile design in Moscow. Using Batik technique, she abstractly expresses the characters in Khmer myths in order to replace traditional elements to contemporary. She seeks for peace and progress in which Khmer culture is preserved. Through ‘Meditation’, she tries to bring peace to mind and body, released from fears. |
