Working with children, the future bearers ? it is a method of thinking about the ideal community which moves beyond the differences of language and culture for the artist, who emmigrated to France as a child. “Mekong/ Not Scarlet”, an installation with fishing nets used along Mekong River, is the fruit of workshops she conducted with hundreds of children in Cambodia and Myanmar.

“Messenger” is an installation of photographs of children executed as spies during the Pol Pot regime as well as contemporary children and songs of children. Under the Pol Pot regime, children were numbered, photographed and registered as spies, then they were executed once they had been accused of espionage. Were children really involved in espionage or are they merely the victims? We cannot find the truth from the archives left from that period.
